The Aether Sigil sells a tool of self-knowledge presented as an artifact worth keeping. A reading is yours once purchased. It does not predict specific future events and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Privacy
Your chart data is yours. It is never used for ad targeting and never sold to third parties. Conversation history with Your Familiar is encrypted at rest and is not used for AI training.
You can export or delete your data at any time from account settings. Orbit members are never contacted by The Aether Sigil.
Refunds
Refunds are available only after 48 hours have passed without your chart being delivered. We manually engage each request, because the ephemeris engine runs on a physical machine so we can maximize compute power and save you cost.
If a reading fails to generate, you are refunded in full, automatically. Because each reading is a computed, delivered artifact, completed readings are non-refundable; if something is wrong with yours, write to us and we will make it right.
