The Aether Sigil sells a tool of self-knowledge presented as an artifact worth keeping. A reading is yours once purchased. It does not predict specific future events and is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Privacy
Your chart data stays private, locked behind login, and never sold to third parties.
To cast your reading we store the birth details you give us: your birth date, birth time, and birth place, together with the chart we compute from them. We keep them so we can compute your reading and show it to you again whenever you open your link. If you purchased a reading and want that data gone, email knowthyself@thesigil.app and ask for deletion. Deletion removes your stored birth details and the chart computed from them.
Unless you explicitly send a reading over, Orbit members without their own accounts are never contacted by The Aether Sigil.
Refunds
We aim to deliver readings within 24 hours, but just in case, full refunds are available if 48 hours have passed without your chart being delivered. We manually engage each Sigil request, because our custom-built Aetherii Engine runs on a physical machine so we can maximize compute power and save you cost.
Because each reading is a computed, delivered artifact, completed readings are non-refundable; if something is wrong with yours, write to us and we will make it right.
